I'm supposed to tell you something about myself, but I'm not exactly great at talking about Hollie.

Begin awkwardness.

I strive to be more like Jesus each and every day. Oh, but I fail each and every day. Thank goodness for grace. My husband has been a part of my life since sweet 16, is a youth pastor, and the father of my two awesome boys. When I'm not at home cuddling my buddy, I'm a labor and delivery nurse. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people lick all over their fingers while eating, which is completely different from eating with your fingers. Follow me?

I have a great protector named Mauve who is a 75lb black lab. Somehow I trained her to stay out of the carpeted bedrooms, but she thinks I don't notice her paw prints on the carpet when I get up in the morning. Wait... maybe that means I'M the one who's trained.

I have a sweet tooth, but most people tell me that I don't sugarcoat things. I don't enjoy horror movies or English period dramas. I bought a fancy dSLR camera but I don't understand it, so I take almost all of my pictures in auto. I hoard makeup and cute jewelry. I can't braid hair. I rarely make my bed. I don't have a twitter and I don't watch/read Twilight mostly because I'm stubborn. I pay good money for red hair and running shoes. I've been self conscious about my teeth for as long as I can remember.
