And with a 5 day work week (Yes, I'm an idiot- that's FIVE 12 hour days I signed up for.) and an ice storm thrown in the middle, I didnt come close to finishing the week. I knew I'd be working a lot, which was the main reason I wanted to do 8 miles last week. The ice storm closed the gym down for several days and I'm not dedicated enough to run in 20 degree sleeting/raining weather. So I only ended up completing the first 2 days. Shameful, I know. This week should be better (plus, I'm not working 5 days... just the usual 3.), although I run 5 - 3 - 5 - 6.5. That makes me tired just thinking about it!
